Balabolka is a Text-To-Speech use that allows you to listen to the written theme. All computer voices installed on your rule are available to Balabolka. The forward-screen text can be saved for the re~on that a WAV or MP3 file.

Balabolka uses many versions of Microsoft Speech API (SAPI); it allows to alter a voice’s parameters, including rank, pitch, and volume.
