HOW TO INSTALL:

To install this theme just copy file and folder inside “Theme” folder to “windows/money/themes”;

To change start menu button, theres a software wich style is “windows 7start menu button changer” (pretty obvious right?), download it, inquiry on the deviant art website and then use it to make different the start menu button. Simple as coffee;
If you want to make different the “explorer.exe” it self, you probably know how to do it;

To change back and foward buttons, or (navigation buttons), you be seized of to do a simple thing, most people think that it is harsh and all, but it’s easier then running into a closed means of access, alright so: open your task manager, right click on “explorer.exe” process, and click “end process” (i think that’s the line in english version), next, once you have no taskbar and your explorer.exe operation is gone to hell, look higher and you will see “file”, click on it, and then click “new task”; (continues in streak below)
once clicked “new task” it should appear a menu, with 3 buttons “ok”; “cancel”; and “search”; click on search, (in the bottom at the right it’s saying “programs” i think, change it to “whole files), are you good so far ? ok so, now go to the topic folder, and look for the “explorerframe” folder, get over there, and just click on “explorerframe.dll” file and click copy, then, go to “windows/system32″ folder - DO NOT TRY TO REPLACE!! - locate “explorerframe.dll” file and rename it to “explorerframebackup.dll”, if you’re having problems renaming it, problems throughout “jurisdiction”, change the owner of the file, and then click ok, at that time paste the file you have copied from the theme folder. Now you have power to click on cancel, and in the menu with the 3 buttons, set down in writing this -> explore
