INSTRUCTIONS

1 - Use “FREEARC” or use “GlobARC Extractor” software to extract “Fallout_New_Vegas.arc” file.
You will bring forth “Fallout New Vegas” folder.
2 - Open the “Data” folder inside “Fallout New Vegas” folder at another time run the “Globe Converter.exe”
Fallout New Vegas\Data\Globe Converter.exe
Run as admin if Win7/Vista. Conversion will take a litte more than 20 minutes-my time.
3 - Go to of ~ folder and run FalloutNVLauncher.exe to configure the game.
Start the gamble using FalloutNV.exe
Use the Launcher again to change the outline only.
